Our tour planners do our North American time zone work to answer your questions, and get you booked for the best possible stay for you. They also find the best tour leaders and guides for our trips.
Tour Leaders
Our tour leaders are experienced travelers who either travel full time or have backgrounds in industries like hospitality, or even travel show production. They come along with you on the whole journey and will give great tips on culture, places to visit and help with activity schedules. They also assist you with any issues or questions like how to buy a metro ticket, where to go if you get sick, or rebooking apartments or rooms just in case. With local support you can be independent while still having the comfort of someone close by.
Tour Guides
Tour guides are locals who know the area best. We meet up with them for activities like history tours, street food tours, wine tours, and local specialty activities.
